So I tied in a 40 breeder to my existing system. I wanted to get my yellow brittle star, and coral banded shrimp out of my main tank. Any ideas for what I should put in there besides them? I can't decide.

A nice sea anemone and a cool pair of clowns, and a tailspot blenny!

I do miss my black clowns. The tail spot is a possibility. I was leaning toward oddball crustaceans.

The CBS might like that idea more than you may care for...

Thats true. I just wanted to get him out of the main tank before my hamlet got him.

So I decided to make it an all crab tank. Maybe I'm weird, but I love crabs. So I picked up a couple purple porcelain crabs, a couple red clinging crabs, and a sally light foot. My question is, can I put another sally in there? Are they aggressive toward each other?

Check your sally to sex it. Buy the opposite sex and you should be fine. Sallys are pretty aggressive in general as they grow.

Any idea how to sex them?

With all crabs, look at their underside.

They all have what looks like a flap tucked up against their bodies.

On females, it is wide and round. On males, it is narrow and pointy.

Here's a picture. Top crab is female, bottom is male:

AFAIK, this applies to all crabs, from emerald to arrow.

Just like blue crabs. Nice. Now to catch a glimpse. That'll be hard.

Thank you for the help.
