This is what I did for tank and it seemed to work. I was considering going from LED to MH but decided to give my AI Vegas another shot. I have a 30 inch deep mixed tank and could not seem to get the lights set to make everyone happy, so I set blues on 95 percent red and green to 50 percent white to 40 percent, lights came on at 9 am with a 5 hour ramp up time then start turning off at 6 pm with a 5 hour ramp down. Then I watched my tank every hour over a few days and watched for things like polyp extension and when thing generally looked happy and wrote down the settings for that hour, I then turned lights down to that setting. Blues now 80 red 30 green 30 white 25, been about a month and the improvement has been substantial. I also left the 5 hour ramp time. Seems to work for my tank. Any thoughts?
