Vertex Mocean Loosing programing

Hi all,

I have two Vertex Mocean units. One works fine, the other looses it programing after about 1min.

What I do is set the program then it operates under than program for about a minute then just stops. No idea why. I though it may be catching on something but it doesn't appear to have anything stopping it. Anyone else have this issue or know a way to fix it?

Have been in contact with the manufacture, but over the Easter weekend I don't think I will hear much

Swap the power supply .I have had to replace 2 of mine even though it lights up on the power supply

I have tried switching the two units power supplies I have.

It wasn't that, it was always the one control box no matter if plugged into different power supply or different mocean outlet
