Ive got some live rock in my tank and was wondering what would be the best way to clean it without physically removing it from the tank. I read somewhere that i can use a toothbrush... how does this work, should i just take the toothbrush and brush the dirt off the surface? I also read that a turkey baster works.. can someone clarify how the turkey baster is actually used to clean it?

My rocks all look fine, except for a few of the rocks that are in low lying areas near the center of the tank (They look dirty.. maybe low water flow in that area)

IMO, blasting the rocks with a powerhead is probably your best bet. This is kind of like pressure washing the rocks, only under water. Once all that crap has been stirred up though, your going to want to get it out of the tank ASAP.
