Hi,
We are very new to marine aquariums amd have had oir first one set up and running for just over 2weeks. Its 275 litres and we bought live rock from a mature tank. We have something weird growing on one of the rocks its lretty much coated the top of the rock in a yellowish substance and now jas weird tubular type thing sticking out. Ive added a photo so you can see. Of you look along the back of the rock you can make out 3 of the tubular things. Can anybody tell me what it is? Good or bad? If it needs removing and if ir does how?
