Ugly Tank

Bio Cube 29

1 yr old, just within the last month, this grass stuff started to grow. I have since upgraded to a 70gallon. The tank is fish less and all the coral is out, but the CNU is still running around.

Whats the best way to kill it... the grass that is...

What are you planning to do with the Biocube? Keep it running? Break it down? If you are breaking it down, you could just muriatic acid the rock and start out clean if you want to use this rock in the 70gallon.

If keeping the biocube running, then you need to take care of the extra nutrients in the tank. Are you using RODI? Obviously not overfeeding. Add an Urchin?

plan on keeping the biocube with 1 -2 fish and lots of coral for now in my basement office.

I use an RODI system. I could of been overfeeding.
