Too blurry to be definitive but I want to say they are likely sponges, which are fine.

look up pinapple sponge, looks just like it, they are hamess filter feeders

Just googled it looks just like a pinapple sponge, if its harmless ill just keep it in there, i just dont like how it looks, if i do decide to remove it how would i go about this
