Clowns scared of Powerhead?

My clowns act normal and very playfull when its off, and then when I turn it on the hide or stay in one corner. The power head isnt strong since its made for a 35g and its in a 55 so im a lost for words.

Also how do i get my clowns from sleeping behind my overflow box?

I was thinking the same. How are the other fish in the tank?

They are the only 2 fish in the tank as of right now, however they stay on the side with the powerhead. So like i said im a lost for words.
