I have a Niger trigger for 4 weeks now and for the first 2 weeks he was always out swimming around now all he does in hide and rarely comes out not even for food does anyone know whats going on

Either he is bullied or sick.

Not being bullied i only have a pair of tomato clowns with him and he is showing no sign of being sick

mine use to do the same thing,now that Ive had him for awhile he swims all over my 125 gallon tank.

Tomato clowns are some of the most aggressive fish in the hobby.
If they were there first and hosting in an anemone, they may very well be attacking the Trigger when you are not around.
