doesn't wanna pull all of the tube very easily seems very tough

It's not bryopsis but you want to get rid of it.

its onl my tube anemone . took picture while it was closed up. you think I can just cut the top of the tube off?

Looks like green hair. It also appears to be on the rocks already. Have you tested for phosphates and/or nitrates?

I had a post on here earlier about nitrates my phosphatess are goodgot some cheato earlier in the week took care of the nitrates

It looks like hair algae. Pull most of the long strands off and put a snail on it. If the snail eats it, it's not bryopsis.
