Help! my colt corals have pretty much taken over my 28 gal. Any suggestions? Do I just "cut" them off the rocks and glass? I'm in SoCal if anybody wants some :)

Yes, if they're taking over then trimming back is fine. If noone wants them in your area, take them to the LFS!

I would try and gently pull them from the rocks than cutting them. If you can pry it off completely, sweet! If not, just use some epoxy and smother the rest. GL.
