Hmm, not sure what you're asking. I'm going to go with every time you do a water change you'll have to mix some salt water.

Getting the solids to dissolve should only take a fairly brief stirring. After that, letting the water aerate with a pump might help bring the pH to a normal tank level, depending on which brand of salt you're using.

I believe some salts mix faster/slow than others. I use red sea coral pro and it mixes very quickly.

Three hours or so should be enough for any salt of which I'm aware. Many are fine with only a few minutes of mixing, especially for small water changes.
