Hello,

I bought the Tunze Osmolator Universal 3155 this year and once set up appropriately I've been very happy. Unfortunately I had some large snails get stuck in my overflow siphon which caused the tank to overflow. I now have water damage to the 5017 controller. How do I get this fixed as soon as possible? I've really come to rely on this for keeping my salinity just right.

Thank you,

The only fix for a water damaged controller is to replace the 5017 controller, if you call me I will discount a replacement, they list for about $155, they are the majority of the cost of an Osmolator. 512-833-7546

Thanks for the great customer service Roger. I got the part fast and it did the trick. I've now moved all my electrical so I don't have a similar issue in the future, lesson learned!
