filter opinions

I currently have an Azoo HOB filter 16 gph on my 3 gal pico I am looking at putting on an Aqua Clear Mini 100gph on this 3 gal do you think this would be an issue and cause to much movement in this tank?

I have Mini Max and Rock Flower Anemones in this tank. No fish

I believe i had the 100gph aquaclear on a 5 gallon tank. you can adjust the flow to a certain extent, but not very much. Im pretty sure it wont be too much.

I know I had one on a 5 gal turned down and it was fine but not sure if it were on the 3 gal turned way down if it would still create to much flow. I guess I will just try it and see what happens.
