I have what I believe to be Calothrix all over my rock and moving towards my sandbed.
I have a 75 gallon tank with a 20 gallon. I have 80lbs of sand 95lbs of live and base rock. I have a ball of cheato and TLF reactor with about a cup of GFO.
My tank has been up and running since about September, my parameters are holding steady at 0ppm ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. Phosphates at 0ppm and my alk is 10dkh.
What is the best way to get rid of Calothrix?

if you're sure you have Calothrix,

" control:
herbivores. strong water flow to prevent growth on sand. use of protein skimming, activated carbon, ozone, strong water circulation or other means of increasing redox potential of the water and reducing the accumulation of dissolved organic compounds. elevate alkalinity.

herbivores:
hermit crabs such as Clibanarius tricolor, some Aplysia sp., Bursatella, Strombus alatus and Turban snails. Blennies, Ctenochaetus spp. tangs." -julian sprung.
