I just setup a new tank, it came with pre drilled siphon break holes in the return lines. this is a nice feature, but I would rather not have the constant spraying making noise and salt spray all over my tank, and I will remedy this issue by keeping the return very close to the top of the water to break siphon.

But how do I plug the hole? the return is glued into the bulkhead that has all the return plumbing glued in under the tank. so pulling the return pipe isnt going to be easy without cutting the pipe. can anyone think of some way to plug this hole easily?

Did mine with epoxy. Has held up fine so far, 1 year and counting.
