Our Nem has moved recently and is now sitting on our leather toadstool

- I assume there isn't much that can be done other than hope he moves? does anyone have any experience with this? is it likely it will kill the toadstool due to the sting?

I read somewhere (was back in 2007) about using an airstone next to its foot and it should detach over the course of 10-20 minutes? does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

if there are any suggestions which could help it would be great to hear... :)

If you point a power head at it, it will more than likely move.

Take a chopstick and beat on its side, gently, every 2 minutes, it will get bent out of shape and move.

+1 on the powerhead. In addition you can block the light for a bit in that area and he should move to where more light is.

How long has he been on there? Does the toadstool deflate at night?

I have a friend that has giant toadstools. His nem has been stuck to the stalk of the toad for a long time. The toad is fine. Yours is a alot smaller I would be worried about yours. I had a carpet nem attach to a rock of zoas. I moved the rock under a cave. The next morning the nem moved
