I was finally able to get home early enough to catch my snowflakes spawning. I grabbed my phone and took this video.

Very cool.
How long have they been in the tank?
I have a pair in my mixed reef that haven't spawned yet, and I'm just wondering how long it might take.

They've only been in this tank for 4 months now. Prior to that I had them in my QT treating with Hyposalinity for ich. This is not their first spawn. They used to spawn regularly but stopped after the QT treatment. I put them back into the DT in March and they started spawning again in June.

The clowns are spawning again. This clutch is HUGE! And I notice that the male is looking very skinny. The female isn't allowing him to eat much. I think they spawn a day after the last clutch of eggs hatch. I feel real sorry for the poor guy. Every time he tries to leave the eggs to eat she charges at him and says "Get back to work!"
Tirelessly working.

Good idea. The turkey baster I had I started using it in my QT which has copper. So I need to go out and get another one.
