bug id help

I found a couple of these bugs on some of my frag plugs in my tank they don't look like bristle worms and I can't find anything like it on the web any help would be great

Looks like a fire worm. Would need a close up though.

It moves around and I don't see any bristles on it and from what I have seen it doesn't look like a fire worm from pictures online I have no idea where to start

when in doubt, do without.

I took them out of the tank I'm just worried about there being more any thoughts of a way to get rid of them all I would like to try to get an id on it too I can't find anything close to it anywhere
