OK I have a 36 gal oceanic cube and have had my light off for 3days and installed a phosban reactor the tank good turned light back on and I swear the algae is already coming back . Please help

Water params unfortunately can't be corrected in 3 days with lights off. Identifying where your nutrients are coming from and how you can balance them with water changes is key. I suggest doing frequent water changes until you can reduce the nutrients in the tank. Algae is beyond efficient and can uptake nutirents before you can test for it, so tests are not always a great indicator of current levels. if you stay on your water changes the algae will pass.

Do you use RODI water? Also how close / intense are your lights?

I use a Orbitz marine led light and I do weekly water changes and I do use RO water and my TDs meter says its time to change
