Hi!
I have a 10gish qt tank. I didn't research much before setting it up, so it has some sand and I chucked in some live rock rubble to get it going.
Now it is five months old, flourishing with all kinds of life, and I can't just medicate in there. Im attached. When my two little clowns go into the dt, I want to set up another @*$@ qt tank, and keep this as an experimental nano.
What can live in a 10g? I can't really put in proper lighting, but I sure can catch cool things. We do have tiny tidepool gobies that can live there, but maybe just cool crabs? A mantis, if I can catch one? Coral banded shrimp are locally abundant, maybe one of those?
What would you do with a cycled and pretty stable 10g without real lighting? I'm happy to buy, but I'd rather use my local resources if I can.

I keep a small 20 gallon quarantine tank that has morphed into a mini-reef/frag tank. On the rare occasion that I do need to medicate I set up a new hospital tank.
