So I was feeding my fish today and saw about four worms
Just wanted to make sure there just bristol worms and not fire worms

I'll second bristle worms. I like to take the bigger ones out. If you decide to remove them, I wouldn't recommend touching them with your bare hands.

I have at least 4 in my tank. Most certainly more that I never see. They're detrivores, and like most things so long as they don't get out of hand (due to overfeeding), they're good to have around.

I personally dislike then because they're unsightly. Get some mysis or other food, put it in some pantyhose and you should capture a good amount of them in a night
They're valuable cleaners that reduce waste to a convenient size for corals and that keep the interior of the rocks clean. The big ones usually anchor inside a rock and rarely show more than a third of their length. They have only suction, can only eat dissolved food and slime and slurry, and harm nothing.

I had a huge population of bristle worms that became unsightly since I some times like to peek in at night. After adding an arrow crab, the population is much more manageable.
