These are pests. I want one. I would keep it in its own aquarium, just it and nothing else. Can I get one anywhere, or no?

Where do you live? I have a nice big one in my tank and am getting ready to do an upgrade. I do not want to kill it and was just going to stick it into my sump full of live rock but would rather give it to someone who would like to keep it.
