Ecosmart Live problem

I can not connect to my devices. I have 3 Radion LEDs but I Just get this picture.

None of the devices is shown in ecosmart live.

Can anyone help?

Are you still getting this error? I haven't seen this problem but I've recently set up my reeflink and it took some effort before my XR30 Pro was able to connect.

The error you're getting appears to be an issue with the eco smart live website.

If you post more details I can try to help.

Not true. They have always helped me. Whether its a problem with my MP40's or my Radions, I have always been satisfied with the help I received. I'm not a shill for Ecotech, I just appreciate good customer service and give credit where credit is due.

Their service is good. Tried adding a Radion Pro G3 to 2 Gen 3 Radions and goofed it up.(Improper procedure, on my part) Alex emailed the correct procedure and it was fixed in no time:D.
