I acquired a 120 with fish and live rock, one of the newly acquired fish is an ocellaris clownfish. In my current tank I have a pair of ocellaris clowns and a rose bubble tip.

First question while the new tank cycles I will continue to run my current 55 but I will be removing the rock to put in the new tank... Should I just leave the anenome hanging around in the sand?

Second question should I even bother putting all three clowns in the new tank? Or should I find a new home for the new clown? My pair are much younger and much smaller than this new one.

Thoughts?

Since you have fish in your 55 you need to leave the rock in the 55 to maintain bacteria for the fish in the 55. Wait to transfer the rock in the 55 until the 120 cycles, then move the rock from the 55 at the same time you transfer the fish. Things will not go well for one of the clowns. I wouldn't try more than two clowns in any tank under 240 gallons, and even then things would likely not go well.
