Hi can anyone recommend any lights for a regular 10g tank i want to keep lsp and softies

A cheap twin T5 unit will work well on a tank that size as would a LED like the reefbreeders nano.

Can this support a montipora just remembered this was in my coral list being a sps

What is the depth of the tank? The T5's if you choose the right bulbs should be enough and the reefbreeder is definitely enough. Monti's aren't as demanding when it comes to lighting as most other SPS corals are.

12inches deep i would like to stick to leds

It may be cheaper to go with two par38 LEDs on a double goose neck. That will be give you plenty of firepower.
