Cadlights Gen3 PLS-100 protien skimmer, opinions wanted

Looking for opinions on this skimmer. Should do the job for 30gal DT with a 30gal sump that is currently in the build stage. If anything might be a tad much.
I did a search but can't come up with anything so any real world users out there feel free to tell me how this little unit stacks up, good or bad.

No one has any input on this skimmer? I found some reviews but they are commercially done and I'd like some feedback from first hand users.

I am still trying to get mine to run right. It is VERY finicky. Bottom line is I'd look else where.
