LED 2 channel light schedule

I have a taotronic led fixture with 2 dimmable channels, white and blue. 37g column tank with the fixture 10" from water level. It is a mixed reef with sps lps and soft corals. My current schedule is 10 to 10 blues about 50% and 2 to 7 whites at 25%. Now that being said the dimmers don't go from no light to 100% light. At the lowest possible setting it still puts out a fair amount of light. Tough to describe it better or put a percent number to it without a measuring device.
