Hey all,
This weekend I'm going to pick up my new 36x24" rimless setup. I'll be driving a couple hours to pick up the tank, stand, sump, etc., from the manufacturer and will be using a large SUV for transport.
The cargo area will be large enough to transport everything back home, but everything will all be relatively close together with the stand laying down flat, so I have the slight worry in the back of my mind that a very hard stop in traffic may cause the tank and stand to bump (I plan to drive extremely cautiously on the way home, but you never know what may happen).
To protect against this, I'm hoping to try and use anything I can to protect everything in the back. Does anyone have any suggestions for the type of precautions I should take, or materials to bring? I was thinking I'd just stuff the areas around with blankets. Any other ideas?
