my ph has been shooting up like crazy on my apex controller and my orp has been doing crazy things to there following each other up and down on my computer graph its just all weird iv calibrated both of them and still didn't help checked tank for stray voltage none so i replaced the probes and still didn't help and i been testing with a hand meter and its showing the apex is way off iv had readings on my ph in the sump as high as 9 and orp in the high 500's iv sent neptune emails and tried calling and iv got no resonance just trying to figure out how to fix the problem can anyone help me plz
