So two of these little guys, one is about an eighth of an inch and the other about a quarter inch, came in with some coraline seeded rubble. They are completely white with a little dark color by the joints. They spend a lot of time in the sand. I'm having a hard time figuring out if they are reef safe.

Probable good guy. I have about 6 different varieties in my tank, only two of which I know the name on.

probably ok. too small to do damage anyway.

When in doubt, throw it out .

I have blue, red, scarlet, and white hermits. The white ones tend to be the most aggressive when it comes to eating snails IMO. Have never touched any corals. Only algae and the bits of food the fish don't eat.

I have a large brown one that regularly kills snails just to parade around in their shells. As long as they leave the corals alone, I won't complain.
