Will porcupine puffer eat urchins & sea hare?

Not sure about the spelling of sea hare.

I was told they will eat the entire clean up crew but it's hard to imagine eating an urchin, and I think the sea hare is toxic?

Yes the puffer will eat urchins, possibly not a black long spine urchin but others don't stand a chance. The sea hare doesn't stand a chance, puffers are dirty and destructive. Also a sea hare will poision the water if it dies, they also release a dye as a defense mechanism
