I am not sure if this is aptasia.
Please check out the photos.

I have peppermint shrimp but they may not go up this high in the tank.

If it is aptasia, what is the latest eradication method?

Those do not look like aptaisia, they are absolutely anemones, they may be mojano anemones, which is also a pest, but they may be something else too.

Is injection of Kalk a good method od eradication.

Kalk or boiling water works well.

I don't freak out about them like others. I have tanks where they completely cover all the rocks and look great
If I have to"weed the gardens" then I prefer AptasiaX
