I have it and love it. Of all the electronic checkers (Ca,PO4,Alk), it is the best. Works very well and makes checking your alkalinity a snap.

... if only the PO4 checker worked that well.

Very repeatable IME. Easy and very fast. Phosphorus.....Not so much

I've been using it now for a couple of months and I love it. As a couple others have said, it is the quickest of all the electronic checkers that Hannah makes.

My local LFS guru said something that I think really applies. The easier the test is, the more likely you are to actually do it. The Hannah Alk test fits that bill to a T.

I use it. It's fine. I think the salifert test kit is easier overall;but the digital readout on teh hanah is nice. Reagent is a bit costly.
