Hi, wondered if I could get some advise. I have bought two lengths of 4.5ft of Bosch Rexroth 20 (framing) - see attached images.

Mounting the LEDs to this railing system is easy you just use the existing screws supplied with the Radions or match them up and slide the screw heads into the rails. However I'm a bit stuck on actually attaching the rails to the canopy and then somehow getting the radions in there as well.

The roll top canopy is a shell with on the back of it open so there is no way for me to slide the rails into the canopy from the side. For more info on the roll top canopy see this link:

Being able to slide the Radions is very important to me so any help would be greatly appreciated and apologies if I'm not being clear enough in what I am looking to achieve - I'm very tired.

Thanks

I should clarify that I don't need to slide the rails into the canopy I just need to secure them to the top of the canopy (most likely with the Radions already attached) - cant think of another way of doing it. I'm picking up the rails today or tomorrow hopefully so I may just wing it but any help/advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

This is a custom articulating mounts I assembled for the Radions. They allow the light to be aimed in any direction. If you are interested in these, send me a PM. Im sure these could be easily adapted to your light rack. I made some aluminum brackets that clamp the articulating mount setup to my aluminum light rack and allow it to slide back and forth for better adjustment. That said, these mounts would work perfect for attaching directly to you canopy without the aluminum extrusions.

Drill hole in Al bar, screw thru bar into top.

Drill holes in top of canopy, slide bolts into Al bar and then up thru top.

From the video it looks like the top of the canopy comes off so you could access from the back if you need to.
