predatory snail?

I found a hh snail, its shell is cone shaped, black/dark brown, and it has a long tube 'nose'

It looks like a cone snail, i couldnt get a pic bc it was at the back of the tank

Are all snails with tube noses bad?

It looks just like a cone snail, hope its not, or a bumble bee snail only with a cone shell and blackish. The back end is flattish. Its about the size of a nickel

Could it be a conch?

A cone snail is highly unlikely but not impossible. More than likely a whelk (bad) or nassarius(good).
