If you want 5, then just go with one flame and 4 other different species of Cirrhilabrus.

So what are the odds of just a pair staying male/female

I'd venture to say 10-20%

From my experience the male Flames aren't as active as other wrasses. I had two and both kind of just hung out in one area, when the second male was still a female/sub adult it was all over the tank.

I've had 2 females for 2yrs now. They have both stayed the same, maybe a lil change to sub male, but virtually no difference in color. Both still very orange

I would say pretty slim. Long term 0 chance.
