So far, 90G system.

6-7 months old

Blenny, two clowns, wrasse, two anthias, two chromis.

Biggest fish is the anthias who is three inches.

What/if any fish can I add to this tank? Any suggestions?

In a reef? With small fish?

That's a pretty bad idea.... The aggression issues could be a serious downside.

If you want something showy a Flame Angel (with caution for the coral).

A Royal Gramma if you have plenty of rockwork and don't mind him hiding sometimes.

Anthias look fun, as do a pair of cardinals. I have no experience with either yet, but Divers Den usually has some bonded pairs or trios available.

if you aren't planning to keep any shrimp, a longnose hawkfish is an interesting fish with lots of personality.

A foxface would get to big and the only tangs that would be happy in a 90 are a tomini or kole tang.
Gobies, wrasses, and firefish would all be great choices.

A foxface is rated for a 70gal. It will be his biggest fish tho

Powder brown tang=beautiful fish, will do fine if you don't add more large fish.

beautiful fish but I wouldnt put him in a 90. A yellow or a kole would be a better choice imo

If you want to take your chance and add no more fish afterward, get a flame angel!

So since I got one of my favorite fish, and we're approaching the year mark on the tank, any new ideas for fish? Would have to be smallish obviously as I'm at 9 fish.
Blenny, two clowns, wrasse, two anthias, two chromis, AND a kole tang.

Smaller tang like a Kole, even a small Yellow would be good.

I have a fuzzy Dwarf Lion with two smallish clownfish, no issues at all! I also have a 1 spot foxface and a longnose hawkfish with shrimp, again no problems! All great fish that get along great together!

Have to agree with everyone suggesting on a tang. Perfect personality to add in a peaceful tank.

Just got a kole tang!

I don't think two tangs would be very good in a 90.

Any other suggestions?

I just got a naoko fairy and a melanurus wrasse. I love both of them.

Actually was thinking about getting the melanurus.

With 9 fish with a six line (well behaved), am I allowed to add another wrasse?

Be careful with the melanarus wrasse, I have one that is about 4.5 inches and believe me they are beautiful fish, and also graceful. But they will eat your clean up crew :(. I bought mine accepting the risk. And sure enough I have several empty shells to prove it lol. Oddly enough tho, he has not gone after larger hermit crabs, I now mostly shop for nocturnal type hermits such as Cortez crabs. My melanarus is a heavy sleeper, and is gone for most of the afternoon. If you do decide to get one, get a male melanarus as the coloration is much more appealing.

I also have a sixline wrasse and they get along just fine, my Mel sometimes does a little warning come at me bro type show with the six line, but never any heavy aggression. Everyone understands their place, plus my sixline is about 1.5" lol.

Good luck on what ever you choose :)

Was actually thinking about getting some type of eel. Just wasn't sure as far as the compatibility goes.
