Any ideas? Has a some brown dots under the disk.

Found this at a local Petco under t-8 lighting. Got it for $10. Just couldn't let it stay there.

Best pic of the base I could get.

Sure it's not a bleached BTA?

It's hard to get a good perspective on its size. Do the tentacles have any length?

If they are real short and stubby then could be a haddoni.

Any purple or red spots on the underside?

It won't be possible to ID off those photos sorry. If I had to make a guess, I'd go with S. Helianthus.

The fact that you said it has "brown" spots on the base immediately make me think S. helianthus. The shape of the anemone and its tentacles also point towards S. helianthus.
