I ordered from online for the first time ever. usually use my LFS. I ordered 3 fish and received 2. I'm missing my Brusa Triger. Please respond.

so it seems like they just didn't have the Bursa or something because i was only charged for the 2 fish. I was going off of my invoice

Thanks for the update. Usually if there are health issues with the animals and we cannot send them, the husbandry department will makes notes on the packing slip with the reasons why. We have about a 99% fill rate on all orders so it is fairly rare that we have to ship short but it does happen from time to time.
