Sycone Sponge

I was shifting some rocks around in the sump today and found this guy floating around. I've got some smaller ones scattered about but I've never seen one this big. Anyone else?

It looks like a sponge.

It is. Sycone (qtip) sponge. I'm just shocked at the size. The rest in my tank are very small.
