what are good power heads for a standard 24" 20g.

My personal favorites are the Hydor Koralias. I run 2 425 gphs on my 30 gallon reef but I like a lot of flow so I'm sure a 565 gph one would be fine for you. And they are only like 35$ at marine depot. Idk other people might have other opinions but I like the Koralias

Or you can use a pair of nano powerheads rated at ~250 each. They can be placed to make turbulence rather than straight flow, if your looking for coral-friendly circulation.

I have two Jebao powerheads on mine. I have one wp-10, and one rw-4. I just got the rw-4 today because I just could not find the flow across the tank that I wanted, so I purchased the rw-4 to supplement it. However I might get another rw-4 since they have more selections when it comes to speed.
