I want to prevent carrying water bucks for water changes on my next tank install. There is a heated crawlspace in my new house. I want to mix, store and pump water from my crawlspace using a pump and a light switch to turn the pump on.
My question is does anyone have any ideas on how they would tie the plumbing and hoses into the wall next to the tank using a covered access panel? or a Washer type wall install? How about the drain would you just tie it into the houses plumbing system? Just trying to brainstorm this.
Thanks for the input

If I had the ability, I would cut a hole in the wall and frame it (With the molding my wife picks out) and then cover that hole with some 1/2 oak or cherry with bulkheads in it to run the plumbing. this way you get your access and the wife still has her wall...
Or
You can cut the hole, back-fill with plywood with holes for the bulk heads and then flush the front with sheet rock with the bulkhead holes pre-drilled, drywall tape it, sand and re-paint to match. then all that is there is the bulkheads with a sturdy support (the plywood)
Just my $.02
