Sand options?

I will be adding sand, and live rocks for my tank cycling soon.
What would be better?
Live sand or dry sand?

IMO either work. I use dry sand and rinse it well. It will eventually become live like everything else. Also, much cheaper. Good luck.

Live sand is a joke. Regular sand will cycle just as fast as your live rock does. IMO you're paying extra for nothing.

Im thinking dry as well. Spending too much on this tank. Cheaper wins :)

I would go dry. It's not like it will have cool hitch hikers it's just sand.
