Red Haddoni Carpet Anemone

I have purchased my first Haddoni carpet anemone and I have a couple questions.

1) it is having a hard time settling in one location and seems to go after more shaded areas of the tank. I believe the light may be to strong. I am running a Radion LED Pro. Should I turn the light down and to what strength?

2) What is a safe feeding routine for this specimen? What is the best food to feed it?

It is probably adjusting to the light. It will come out to the light when it is ready. Just let it do what the nem want. A healthy nem don't need to feed at all , it will feed from the light unless you want it grow fast.
