Flat Worms

My aquarium is only a few months old but last night I saw a red flatworm on my aquarium glass. Should I do a treatment of flatworm exit or is it common to have a few in small quantities?

Having a few flatworms here & there is pretty common IMO, but before you go adding chemicals to the tank you might want to try siphoning them out first.

Thanks for the reply. I only saw one and to be honest I think it came in on a couple pieces of live rock I added recently. Not enough to siphon out since I only saw the one that I dispactched quickly. I figured they are like roaches if you see one there are 100 others hiding. So wanted to be proactive just in case.
