Are they damaging the zoas? Do these guys eat corals?!

Don't think so since my bristle star doesn't go after coral, however u should look for signs of damage

Signs of damage.... Could that be white spots on the outside of them when they're closed?

Brittle stars and bristle worms, not bristle stars and brittle worms

IME. they are not harming the zoanthids in any way. What they are doing is scavenging detritus from in between. That is their job. Leave them be.

Those micro brittle stars in the picture are harmless, but that Asterina star on the right has been known to be a pest sometimes. The fact that it's so close to those zoanthids would make me a little nervous.

Little white asterina starfish on your zoo's are Def a pest. Brittle stars are not. Yes they will eat coral. Best remedy is a harloquin shrimp. They will start eating the stars and the rest will quickly try to jump ship. Then you can just pick them off the glass. Only drawback is that you have to feed the shrimp yourself after all the stars are gone.
