I have a 24 gallon cube, 45cm deep

Can only afford some cheap lighting for the moment.

Would this be sufficient for some soft corals

Yes, IMO that will be enough light for LPS, mushrooms, etc. Should work fine for your 24 gallon nano.

You can also post this in the Nano Reef special topics forum and see what feedback you get.
