View Full Version : Need a new or used Aquatronica controller!

12/03/2014, 10:09 PM
I am returning to the hobby after a few years away and have a big system (dosers, all probes/sensors, etc.) which I assembled over the years. I love the system but my controller unit was damaged and my brand new ACQ 110 backup isn't working (it was purchased new in 2011 from Marine Depot but never tested).

I sent an email to [email protected]

Does anyone know how I can get a new controller? Does anyone have a used one they would be willing to sell me?

Bui - Can you please check/respond to my email (the same address I sent the PayPal to)?

Bui - You shipped the controller in a box with no packaging (padding, bubble wrap, even newspaper?) of any kind. It got banged up. The outer box was fine so I signed for it. The screen is weird and by the way, the model number says ACQ110 not ACQ115. I would appreciate it if you would respond to my email.

Hi Bui - Sorry it took me longer to send the controller due to the holidays! I believe you've received the controller by now. Please send the refund.

I ask you for the tracking # so I could expect and lookout for the package on 12/19/14. Since I enter the house via the garage, I don't usually check for package at the door. No respond from you until 1/19/15 asking for a refund. At that time the package would have been in my front door for a month and who know what happen to it. I would gladly figure out a solution to resolve the issue with you by try to contact UPS but [removed] and like posting on public forum then trying to resolve issue so I refuse to work with you on resolving the issue any further.

You've never been responsive to my PM's or emails so I resorted to posting here.

Very sad to see you react this way having given you $250 and shipped your controller back by UPS.

Are you sure you aren't willing to work with me to resolve the situation?
