Hi , total water value 250gal i do 30gal WC weekley.System is up runing for over two years.I have about 10 fish 2-3" big fed twice a day and the corals are fed once a week. I dose vinegar 120ml/day but my nitrate are stil a bit higher than i wish to be abroud 15 .Every time i m trying to dose more than 120ml im getting bacterial slime bloom and my filter sock i have to change out every single day,,,.Dont really want to WC bing up to 60gal/week just wondering if is there any other way to bing nitrates level to 2-5? thank you

I might try adding some vodka, but leave the vinegar as is for the time being, if that were easy enough to do. If the slime shows up with added vodka, I'd consider switching slowly to all vodka. There are other ways to reduce the nitrate level of a tank, but experimenting with the carbon dosing should be easy. Another approach to consider would be better skimming, but I don't know what kind of skimmer the tank has, so I can't say much there.

Hmm, I would think that that skimmer would be okay, but you might ask in the equipment forum. If you're feeding very heavily, an upgrade might be useful.

Why do you want to bring down your nitrates?

is it not better for sps?

Maybe. Their coloration might change with less nitrate in the water column, but that's hard to predict. We don't know where nitrate itself starts to cause problems.
